Corporate Partnering Charter
The partnering process establishes and strengthens working relationships among contractors and owners (stakeholders) through a mutually-developed, formal strategy of commitment and communication. When partnering on a project, an up-front agreement is reached between contractors and owners to deal with each other with trust, honor and equity.
Cedar Valley Corp. believes strongly in the partnering process and has taken a leadership role in numerous projects using this successful concept. Partnering is simply about using common sense. It's about getting along with people you work with and it's about getting the job done in an honorable, dignified, efficient and profitable way. The company so strongly embraced the partnering process, an internal employee workshop was devoted to the concept.
