Marvin M. Black Excellence in Community Partnering AwardPartnering with the community you are working in is vital for success.  Cedar Valley Corp. not only believes this philosophy, but has been recognized for its efforts in doing so.  

The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) recognizes excellence in partnering through award of its Marvin M. Black Excellence in Community Partnering Award.  Cedar Valley Corp. has been the recipient of this prestigious award, in both 1993 and again in 2002. 

The first award given to Cedar Valley Corp. was in 1993, one of the first ever awards given by the AGC.  The recognition was for construction of the West I-80/I-35 Mixmaster in Des Moines, Iowa.  Recognition in 2002 came for work on the US Highway 71 Corridor.
