Cedar Valley Corp. has received a Certificate of Commendation from the AGC of Iowa in recognition of their safety efforts. This achievement was awarded through participation in the National AGC Safety Awards (NASA) Program. This program is a mechanism for contractors to compare their safety records against the national average and with AGC contractors of similar size and types of construction. The program also strives to build additional safety awareness among its members.
Cedar Valley Corp.'s award was for a zero incidence rate - 50,000 work hours and over in the Highway Division. To be eligible to receive an award, members must participate for at least three consecutive years.
