National Awards Program for Excellence in Concrete Pavement
In December 1998, Cedar Valley Corp. was named a national finalist in the prestigious National Awards Program for Excellence in Concrete Pavement for the I-35/80 reconstruction project in Polk County completed in 1997. This award is given based on the project's complexity, innovation, pavement smoothness and quality control. This project also received the top Iowa award in February, 1998.
